Today has been really good so far. I just may need to get smaller size shorts and pants even my shirts are looking to big on me. I may have to shop for a few size 16's. I don't want to buy to many because I will be loosing a lot of weight. I want to wait to buy the cute clothes and new wardrobe when I reach my ideal weight. Its been years since I've been able to wear cute clothes. I can't wait to wear some.

The Maker's diet is really working great for me. Some wanted to know where to get it.

you can buy it at any walmart of wherver books are sold.

I've been doing pretty good with the Maker's diet thus far. Other than at my sister in laws when my grandma had to order pizza. I ate a little of it and breadstick. I did say no to a Cookie. for me to say no to no bake fudge cookies which are my favorite well thats a really big step for me. Believe me it wasn't easy for me at all.
my clothes are getting looser on me. I may have to start buying me some 16's now. my 18 regulars are to big. especially the shorts and shirts. I did fit in a size large outfit I am going to wear to the family reunion on Sunday.

I am going to be good and only eat the things that are in keeping with the maker's diet. it may take me longer since its a 3 tables full of food that has everything on it. I really want to get down to my size 9/10 regardless. Even if that cute guy I'm taking with me to the reunion may think I'm a nut. I'll be a skinny one.

I'm heading out now to take my afteroon walk. my clothes are feeling looser. I'm 5 days into the maker's diet.
I fit into a size large shorts outfit. I'm heading in the right direction.

after the house chores and some business work I'll take a walk for my excersize before it gets to hot.
my shorts are starting to feel loser already not quite enough to get down to a size 16 though. When I was on this last time I lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks. I'm an 18 regular now so in 6 weeks time I will be down to a 14. I'll have a few more sizes to go before I reach my size and goal weight of a size 9/10 and 150 pounds.

Today I just started on the Maker's diet.  

I said the morning prayer before eating my breakfast.

Breakfast:
scrambled Egg
Beef Sasuage pattie
Fruit Smoothie w/ coconut milk

Snack: Golden Apple

I will take a walk this afternoon for my excersizing probably after lunch.

I will keep you posted on my progress. This will be a lifestyle for my eating.

Monday the whole family goes on The Maker's Diet. When I was on it last time not only did I not feel deprived on what I could eat , but I also felt a lot more engertic and healthy. Before i started on it last time I was 250 pounds. In 6 weeks of being on it I lost 40 pounds. I gained 7 pounds after being off for a few years. I'm going back to the swing of things. Theres no calorie counting. You can eat as much of the foods on the approved list as you want. with the expection of a limit on Honey. Basicially its a modern version of eating according to the bible.

We don't eat pork , However if you are a sasage/ bacon lover you can still have some. The wal-mart super centers carry Beef Sausage, Turkey Bacon, Turkey Italian sausage. Its just as good if not better for you.

We don't eat your bottom feeder fish (shrimp, lobster, catfish etc).  We did this at a time when we couldn't go all organic so we bought the things from the grocery store. I lost 40 pounds from that.

My goal weight for my small 5"4 inch frame is between 110-150 pounds. for me I would do 154 that would be a size 10. I would be a lot more comfortable in that weight. I saw on Biggest Loser a lady who was my same weight 217 and she got down to 154 pounds which was a size 10. She was my same height. I thought why not.

She just ate healtheir and walked everyday. I am going to start it and go for it. We also don't eat bread either.
Wheat bread from the store is not good for you. the grains from it are stored in sillos and it has a lot of fungus and mold. White bread is made from bleach. The only bread you can have is unleaved bread. (Tortilla wheat ones)
Wheat Pitas etc. If you make bread from fresh flour and grains. You can have your Ezekiel Bread.

I will be starting this along with my mom and stepdad Rylee can eat the things too with us. Its easier to do it when she starts school.

Today is day 3 on my journey to the new me.

Breakfast: Raisin bran Cereal
tea herbal no caffeine

Lunch- Vegatarian pizza

Dinner
Enchadillas
Spanish Rice

I plan on doing my evening walk about 7pm when its cooler. I'm eating less calories and 1 helping of food. I'm making great strides and I'm not hungry. Before I would eat anything and everything in site. This is defintely accomplishment.

I didn't get to write in and share with you my start on my journey yesterday. 

Breakfast: Grapes, raspberries, orange, water

Lunch: nachos bell grande (1 helping)

Dinner
BBQ sandwich
2 slices watermelon

I didn't get any excersize in due to the 100 degree heat and having to go to my last parent meeting with Headstart.

Todays journey

Breakfast
1/2 bagel cream cheese

lunch
vegetarain sandwiches

Dinner
meatballs sweet and sour with pineapple and green peppers

Excersize plan for today. I will take a walk earlier about  5pm or so. it should be cool enough. I have Spanish tonight so I adjust accordingly.

you know by doing light calorie eating I'm finding in 2 days I'm not hungry and eating everything in sight. I just incorporate it as a lifestyle and also add in walking every evening. I'm good to go.

Today I bought the food I need for my new eating plan. I bought Grapes, Apples, and oranges. I already have frozen fruit Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries etc. I have fresh veggies from the Garden. I just bought a salad mix. I am going to start this on Monday. I like to start when its a full week as opposed to right in the middle of the week.

There are 3 other women joining me in this. We e-mail one another and will be keeping each other accountable.
For excersize all you need to do is just pick an activity you like to do and how often you want to work out. It seems people want to make things more complicated than they really are. with Eating right and excersize. you name the diets and exersizing programs I've tried. I didn't stick with them very long. 

When you diet you are deprived from things. All you really need to do is use common sense when picking what you eat. The Bible tells you how to eat.  Veggies, fruit, meat with the exception of some .

Pork, Bottom feeder fish (shrimp, lobster, crab, catfish your scanvengers. you don't want to eat pork Ham etc because if you think about it pigs eat garbage. by eating the meat you are putting that same garbage into your body.

Sweets and junkfood nothing more than empty calories you are eating. I find when I crave sweets if I eat a piece of fruit with the natural sweetness I don't have the sweet cravings like I do when I don't eat any fruit.

for your bread the you want to eat fresh baked bread where you make the fresh flour and grains and bake it. your store bought breads have a lot of fungus and mold because the grain they use for it are stored in sillos. It gets moldy and has a lot of fungus. Bread has also been linked to Arthitis, Gout, Fibromaygia etc because of the fungus and mold. White Bread  has bleach in it. I hope you are given some good tips to go on. I will share more as I go along.

This journal will be about the transformation to a new me as I embark on my journey toward eating healthy and weight loss. I start next week. I have 3 other ladies joining in with me on my journey. We are first going to eat healtheir.

Breakfast fruit 

we can eat as much of it as we want accept for bannanas

Lunch

Veggies
Salads

we can eat as much as we want of that. of course we have to watch the dressing

Dinner
a meat
Salad
Veggie

I can eat as much as the salad, veggie and fruit as I want too.

we pick an activity we enjoy which for me would be walking. I would walk every every night accept Tuesday I have
Spanish class so I will adjust accordingly. I pick the evenings about 7pm. that way it will be much cooler outside. Its going to be in the 100's  so thats the best time. This will start some time next week. I get all the groceries for what I need. It will be so worth it. I'm at 217 pounds which is way to much weight for my short 5"4 height. My goal  weight is to be between 130-154 pounds.
