Today I bought the food I need for my new eating plan. I bought Grapes, Apples, and oranges. I already have frozen fruit Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries etc. I have fresh veggies from the Garden. I just bought a salad mix. I am going to start this on Monday. I like to start when its a full week as opposed to right in the middle of the week.
There are 3 other women joining me in this. We e-mail one another and will be keeping each other accountable.
For excersize all you need to do is just pick an activity you like to do and how often you want to work out. It seems people want to make things more complicated than they really are. with Eating right and excersize. you name the diets and exersizing programs I've tried. I didn't stick with them very long.
When you diet you are deprived from things. All you really need to do is use common sense when picking what you eat. The Bible tells you how to eat. Veggies, fruit, meat with the exception of some .
Pork, Bottom feeder fish (shrimp, lobster, crab, catfish your scanvengers. you don't want to eat pork Ham etc because if you think about it pigs eat garbage. by eating the meat you are putting that same garbage into your body.
Sweets and junkfood nothing more than empty calories you are eating. I find when I crave sweets if I eat a piece of fruit with the natural sweetness I don't have the sweet cravings like I do when I don't eat any fruit.
for your bread the you want to eat fresh baked bread where you make the fresh flour and grains and bake it. your store bought breads have a lot of fungus and mold because the grain they use for it are stored in sillos. It gets moldy and has a lot of fungus. Bread has also been linked to Arthitis, Gout, Fibromaygia etc because of the fungus and mold. White Bread has bleach in it. I hope you are given some good tips to go on. I will share more as I go along.
